JJ Ferrari is an enthusiastic and energetic presenter.  She has a genuine desire to see students grow in order to better meet their goals.  JJ was flexible with the content to ensure we each got useful tools from her course.  Accountability from students is a big part of the program.  Follow up after the event makes sure that the tools get used and have allowed me to hone the skills learned.   I definitely got value for my money.

This week, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and The Coca-Cola Company had the honor of hosting JJ Ferrari as part of our Pride month celebrations. JJ Ferrari’s experience and journey brought a mix of emotions—from joy and laughter to tears. Most importantly, each of us walked away with a renewed sense of pride and a clearer understanding of how to be a better ally. Being an ally starts with you.

I really loved ‘being a better human’ was the key message on how to be a better Ally. This was a very different narrative to previous events I’ve been to and I loved the message that in order to see change in the world we must first change ourselves. I think this type of content could be helpful to everyone seeking to be a better ally.

What a fantastic event! I think when allies ask, “how can I be a better ally?” I found it difficult to provide an answer that goes beyond educating oneself, showing up to events and wearing Pride colours. These of course are important acts of support but hearing JJ’s actionable and empowering self-reflection exercise was a real light-bulb moment for me. I walked away feeling more empowered and equipped to help my friends and colleagues interested in becoming better allies. Powerful stuff. Thank you JJ

I would love to thank JJ for her statement about “not being a woman”.  It was so brave, in a time where many are doing the opposite, stating men can have babies and periods etc. Why can’t we all be celebrated for our differences, men, women, trans, furry, the labels go on and on… we are all so individual, perfect in our imperfection’s.  Why can’t we look beyond our physical shell and see the perfect being?   Thank you JJ for talking sense in a world that is upside down.  And above all for sharing an inspiring journey to yourself xx
