My Bio
Keynotes are a fast paced 45 minute exchange of ideas with an audience.
I like to offer solutions through sometimes humorous situations or vulnerable, personal experiences of challenge, chaos, transition, transformation, how I faced them and changed through them. I sometimes talk about client stories or I will work with a willing person in the audience to help everyone get a better feel for the adaptability of the concepts we are discussing.

Because of who I am, I’ve personally created 20+ opportunities for transitions or transformational situations in my own life. I’ve always been a curious learner and avid experimenter with my life, it keeps me growing, and I always bring some spicy new stories with me.

At our core, we are all humans and so what I do is get relatable with an audience. You might not have had a gender transition, but you sure as heck have had a huge life transition or two [health, relationships, career, financial, etc], so we discuss ideas for how you can approach your own situations with your own understanding of the lessons I bring with me.
